NOTE: please read the TOS carefully to ensure that there will be no miscommunication in the process of creating the commission.
for any questions regarding my terms or the commissions themselves please do not be afraid to ask me! ^^

HEADS UP!

-prices may change depending on complexity and style of the commission (characters with simple designs may have a lower price while characters with complex designs may be priced higher)
-accessibility aids (eg; wheelchairs, canes, etc) do not have an additional cost on the commission and are entirely free.
-additional characters/props will have an additional fee depending on complexity and style (min. fee of 2usd)
-i will only do simple/plain backgrounds (please let me know if you prefer a plain white background)
-if you see a style that you like but isnt listed here (eg; lineless and etc) you can ask me if you can commission me for a piece in that style!
-regarding ref sheets/character designing: there will be an ADDITIONAL DESIGNER FEE if i am gonna be designing the character by scratch (min. fee of 5usd)
-filos/SEA will have a different price list from internationals, intls will refer to the USD price and SEA will refer to the PHP price.CHIBIS ARE HALF THE PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL!

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

-I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY COMMISSIONS for any reason.
-DO NOT USE/edit MY ART FOR NFTS/ANY TYPE OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, AI TRAINING, OR TO SPREAD HATE TOWARDS A COMMUNITY OR GROUP.
-I WILL NOT DRAW CHARACTERS THAT WERE MADE USING AI.
-the client CAN USE THEIR COMMISSION for anything (pfp, banner, to promote themselves) as long as they do not claim the art as theirs.
-commissioned pieces are for personal use only, the client is free to turn the piece into physical merch (ie; keychains or stickers) or to be given as gifts/freebies but should not be sold.
-do not have someone else draw over the commissioned piece. (eg; you commission me a sketch and then you commission another artist to draw and color over it)
- the watermark will be in the corner of the art piece and should NOT BE REMOVED OR EDITED OUT.
-crediting me when you post the commission is appreciated but not mandatory!
-COMMISSIONED PIECES WILL BE POSTED ON MY SOCIALS BUT the client CAN TELL ME IF THEY PREFER TO KEEP THE COMMISSION PRIVATE.
-I PROMISE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE client ABOUT ANY UPDATES, ISSUES, AND QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE ABOUT THE COMMISSION. AND I EXPECT THE client TO COMMUNICATE ASWELL.

PROCESS AND REVISIONS

-references are a MUST. i sometimes have issues imagining poses so a drawing (even a stickman drawing) or an edited photo of how you want the commission to look like is very helpful!
-i will let the commissioner know when i have started on their commission.
-commissions may take around a couple days to 4 months depending on factors like the complexity of the commission and my health/personal life. i promise to inform the commissioner if i may need more time to complete their commission.
-i can either send the finished commission on discord or email depending on what the commissioner prefers.
-i am cool with however many revisions as long as it is reasonable and only during the sketch/lineart phase, wanting to change something that was already approved in those phases will be charged a fee (amount depends on how big of a change it is) (if i had misunderstood something then there will not be a fee!)
-REGARDING CHARACTER DESIGNING/REF SHEETS: please ensure that you have a clear vision for your oc/ref sheet to reduce any possible miscommunication or confusion.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

-i only take payment through PAYPAL, KOFI, GCASH, or MAYA
(IF PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL/KOFI, PRICES ALREADY INCLUDE THE CONVERSION FEES)
-payments will be either upfront or after approving the sketch (i will only accept full payments)
-DO NOT SEND THE PAYMENT BEFORE I GIVE THE GREENLIGHT TO DO SO, AS I MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT PRICE SET FOR THE COMMISSIONER.
-for safety, please do not add any notes referencing the commission while sending payments (especially for suggestive works)
-refunds are only applicable if i am unable to finish the commission, the commissioner has the choice if they want me to send the unfinished piece to them or not. (please do also note kofi/paypal's fees)
-THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF I AM NEARLY/ALREADY FINISHED WITH THE COMMISSION!if you have read all of this, please send me a green apple emoji in our chat to confirm that you understood and read all of the terms.
